At Empower Society Build the Nation (ESBN), community support is at the core of everything we do. Since our founding in 2006, we’ve been committed to uplifting Tanzania’s most vulnerable populations through direct, grassroots action and strategic development initiatives.

Empowering the Marginalized

Our programs target those often left behind—women, children, elders, and youth—by focusing on health, education, and economic empowerment. We believe lasting transformation starts at the community level, and our approach emphasizes sustainability, self-reliance, and social inclusion.

Key Areas of Community Support:

Health Interventions

We respond to Tanzania’s pressing health needs with practical, life-saving services:

• 817+ individuals treated through free medical camps.

• 100+ units of blood donated via public health drives.

• 10,000+ people educated on maternal, child, and preventive health.
  Our goal is to reduce preventable deaths and ensure that no child or mother dies due to a lack of care or resources.

Economic Empowerment

We support local livelihoods through vocational training and economic education, equipping individuals with the skills needed to break the cycle of poverty.

Awareness & Education

From reproductive health to human rights, we conduct awareness campaigns and community workshops to equip people with critical knowledge that enables informed choices and long-term wellbeing.

Youth & Women Empowerment

We actively create safe spaces for women and youth to build confidence, gain leadership skills, and access opportunities that allow them to contribute meaningfully to their families and society.

A Community-Led Model
